1. Operator and service
QI MINGMING operates SingingPractice in China. The product offers song-analysis examples and plans paid audio analysis, singing practice, accompanied recording exports and third-party AI song creation. Features not yet enabled cannot be purchased. The service is for users aged 18 or older.
2. Accounts and content
Use your own authorised Google account. You must have the necessary rights to upload, process and share audio; a purchase does not grant copyright in an existing song. Private works are not automatically published. Unlawful content, identity misuse and attempts to bypass access or quotas are prohibited.
3. One-time credits
The planned prices are $9.99, $14.99 and $29.99 in USD; pack quantities remain under review. Purchases are one-time, with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Each purchase lot expires after 12 months; the earliest-expiring balance is used first. The final price, credits and any applicable tax must be shown before payment.
4. Service delivery
A service quote is shown before execution. Credits are reserved, charged on success and released on failure. Uncertain tasks are checked before retrying. Full analysis, learning and AI creation require payment; only the designated short analysis excerpt is free after sign-in. Paid song access lasts 30 days from successful delivery. Files already downloaded are not remotely deleted.
5. AI and limitations
Separation, pitch estimates and generated music may contain errors. No specific quality, exclusive copyright or successful learning outcome is guaranteed. Third-party model use must be disclosed before paid generation.
6. Payments, refunds and contact
Payments will be handled through Waffo Pancake. Refund details are provided on the refund-policy page. Applicable consumer rights are preserved. Final refund terms and governing-law provisions require confirmation before these terms become effective. Contact support@singing-practice.com.
