Listen to a short phrase, then sing it with the backing track. Use the pitch display and repeat the phrases you find difficult. Headphones help keep the backing track out of your microphone.
Understand the feedback
Pitch feedback is an estimate that can be affected by microphone quality, background noise and the clarity of the vocals. It is a reference for practice, rather than a complete assessment of your voice or a substitute for a singing teacher.
