1. Operator and contact
SingingPractice is operated by QI MINGMING, an individual developer based in China. Contact support@singing-practice.com for support and privacy requests.
2. Information and purposes
Google sign-in supplies basic account details, including name, email and profile information. We process authentication sessions and operational/security logs to provide and protect the service. We do not collect your Google password.
3. Audio and AI services
When enabled, uploads, recordings, selected audio excerpts, lyrics and generated songs are processed to fulfil your requests. Your works are private by default. Browser microphone permission is required for recording. Uploads and AI songs are limited to 4 minutes.
4. Providers and payments
The service uses Google, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare R2 and Hetzner. Planned paid AI song creation uses WaveSpeedAI; the lyrics provider remains to be selected. Payments will use Waffo Pancake. We do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes. Provider retention and international-transfer arrangements must be reviewed before launch.
5. Cookies, rights and retention
Current cookies support authentication and security; advertising pixels and optional analytics are not enabled. We do not sell personal information. You may email us to request access, correction, deletion or export, subject to applicable obligations. Purchased credits last 12 months and song access lasts 30 days; these are not data-retention schedules. Detailed storage, log, backup and statutory record-retention schedules are pending.
6. Security and changes
Private storage, owner checks and short-lived signed links protect access. No system is perfectly secure. Material changes will be documented with a version and effective date before launch; The service is for users aged 18 or older.
